Premium Fully Managed Service


Premium is our ultimate full management service designed to safeguard your investment and will ensure that you do not have the hassle of day-to-day contact with tenants, or all the other regular activities associated with managing a tenancy.


This service includes: 


  • Comprehensive tenant referencing.
  • Right to rent checks.
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement.
  • Deposit collection and registration.
  • Ensuring property is compliant lettings and safety laws & regulations*.
  • Ensuring compliance with EPC and Gas Safety requirements*.
  • Production of comprehensive inventory and taking of date stamped digital photos of the property / contents prior to occupancy and providing a copy to the Tenants & Landlord, initial meter readings along with collection & payment of monthly rent.  
  • Two property inspections per year.
  • Secure key holding.
  • Rent collection / payment to the landlord within 2 business days.
  • Non UK resident landlord scheme guidance (where applicable).
  • On-going right to rent checks where required.
  • Repair handling.
  • Tenant enquiries.
  • Organising tradesmen if required.
  • Service of notices (S13, S21 and S8).
  • Check out report.
  • Final meter readings and liaising with the deposit protection scheme (landlord and tenant) to facilitate the release of the deposit.

Rent Collection Only Service


Our rent collection only service includes the full tenancy set up and collection of rent only. Designed for landlords who prefer a more ‘hands on approach’.   

£450 set up Fee then 10% of Monthly Rent 


Let Only- Professional Tenant Find Service


Our Let Only service is designed for the more experienced professional landlords.  This service gives you the confidence that your property will be let to a qualified referenced tenant on a binding agreement.

One off Payment of £450 deducted from first month’s rent
