From 1st June 2019, as well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

Before the Tenancy starts (payable to McField Residential ‘the Agent’):

Refundable* holding Deposit - equal to 1 week’s rent

Deposit - equal to 5 weeks’ rent (payable into the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), Agent ID: 3521296).  More information can be found at www.depositprotection.com

 

During the Tenancy (payable to the Agent) for properties in England:

Change to the Tenancy Agreement - £50.00 plus any other reasonable costs

Fee for late payment of rent - 3% above Bank of England base rate per day after 7 days of non-payment of rent

Replacement of lost key / security device - £25 plus the cost of the key / security device

Early termination of Tenancy by Tenant - equal to 5 weeks' rent

 

 

 

 

*non-refundable if the referencing application has been falsely completed or the Tenant decides not to go ahead with the Tenancy (to cover administration costs incurred by the Agent)
