I needed to find an agent with local knowledge and a pragmatic attitude to getting things done, as I was a remote landlord and couldn't deal with the property directly. James couldn't have been more helpful - he viewed the property quickly, took loads of helpful photos, sorted out tradesmen to deal with the necessary, and got it sold quickly. Excellent communication, and lots of good, pragmatic and realistic advice. Very reasonable fees too! Thoroughly recommended as easy to deal with compared with the 'big boys'
