However, James came to our home and really sold his service with enthusiasm and with his knowledge of the the local market, as well as the national conditions. Jackie and the office team are very pro-active with social media, mailing lists and have a good understanding of the needs of prospective buyers. Once the service is agreed, the photographer is booked (The quality of the photos really helped sell the property), the ‘For Sale’ board goes up and the house details are posted on social media and prospective buyers are contacted. I would recommend allowing James and Jackie manage and conduct the viewings as they really sell the property with a focus on the positives without going off on tangents, as home owners tend to do. They are also happy to do evening and weekend viewings to make it easier for busy prospective buyers. As experience negotiators, they manage the offers and give sound advice on the best route to a completed sale. Once the sale is agreed, then they really earn their money - They chase up the conveyancing, proof of funds, keep the clients informed at every stage, and are on hand for advice and support. The proof of their expertise can be seen with a walk around the local area - Their sale boards outnumber their rivals’ ten to one.
